Johnny Monsarrat's Mexican Trip: About Johnny Monsarrat

Hi, I'm Johnny Monsarrat.

A while back, I was so excited about writing a novel that I traveled to Mexico, partly as a tourist, but partly with this nutty idea that I was "doing research". It didn't matter that I lacked an outline for the novel, and that I had only a vague idea what I wanted to write about. Seeing Mexico as a place to dig deep into rather than explore as a tourist on the surface led to a number of great adventures!

So take a peek at Johnny Monsarrat's Mexican Adventure, and I hope you'll check out some of my other sites as well:

  • Johnny's List of Weird Boston Events, the most popular blog on events in New England, that tells you where to find fireworks, outdoor summer theatre and movies, historical re-enactments, and a ton of off-beat stuff.
  • Wheel Questions, the world record setting community art project where over 10,000 questions about life have been asked -- and answered.
  • Hard Data Factory, the startup company that I run.
  • Turbine, Inc., the computer games company I founded and ran back in the day.
  • The Boston Monster March, a charity event I ran on Boston City Hall Plaza, with a huge carnival and 40 vendors.
  • Pink Voyd, my favorite band, which is a Pink Floyd tribute band. I made the website! (Actually, I made all these websites except Turbine.)
  • Monsarrat Consulting is a business and IT consulting company I used to run. Now I'm dedicated to my own startup and other creative projects, but if you want a website done cheaply but with A+ impact on sales, I can help you out.
  • And even more links are here.

Thanks for reading and I hope to hear from you about your feedback on this content and about your own adventures!
